1 package of cake mix (Any flavor)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of whatever you like in cookies as in chocolate chips, oatmeal, chopped nuts, etc.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Conbine cake mix, oil, water. Beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon one inch a part on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
Makes about 4 dozen!

about five days ago, I found this recipe.
Cake Mix Cookies
1 (18.25 oz.) box cake mix (any flavor desired)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 egg
Mix all ingredients, then form into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 min.
Yields about 3 dozen.
Just got ingredients the other day, and if I remember, I'll post the verdict here when I decide to try it.
Wow--those actually turned out really good. I'm freezing the majority of the dough, so I'll have the stuff around for awhile. Milk and cookies, anyone?
